Client Overview
ViVet AB is a specialist horse cremation located in central Sweden. The owner is certified in the transportation and cremation of horses and ponies. All cremations are individual ensuring no cross contamination of ash so anybody who uses ViVet AB can be assured they will be receiving the best service possible.
The Importance of Cremation
It is very important to have a superior cremator when setting up a pet crematorium for a number of reasons such as:
1. Client satisfaction – a customer who is pleased with the quality of the ash produced is much more likely to recommend the crematorium to friends and family. Word of mouth is the most effective way of gaining customers in such a delicate business field.
2. Productivity levels – a genuine robust, reliable and efficient machine will mean quicker and more competent burn cycles; allowing for higher productivity levels, meaning a faster return on the investment
Advantages of using Addfield Cremators
The owners of ViVet AB came to our UK head office located in Cannock, Staffordshire to evaluate the machine’s credentials. Addfield were not the only cremation manufacturer ViVeT AB had visited, however whilst here, they chose to purchase the TB Cremator as it was the ideal size for their company and they were able to see with their own eyes how robust, reliable and efficient our machines really are along with the backup and after sales support we were offering.
Training and commissioning took place on site by addfield’s competent commissioning engineers so that all operatives were fully trained and the machine was working smoothly. Addfield provided the customers with a service and spares kit to ensure that the need for further onsite visitations was kept to a minimum as a healthy, operating machine is what customers really want.
Which Cremator?
The Addfield TB is large enough for a single horse to be cremated whole. An average horse of 500kg will take approximately 8-10 hours to cremate and will be reduced to 15-25kg of ash. This will mainly consist of calcium, phosphorus, sodium and magnesium.
What Next?
Addfield manufacture modulated designs to allow the business model to grow in a cost-effective and efficient way. We utilise the secondary chamber of the larger unit, so at a later date, a single cremation unit can be bolted to the existing unit. This gives our customers the confidence that we are there to support them in their business growth.
