Customer service & satisfaction is paramount to addfield and is one of our number one priorities when dealing with customers internationally & in the UK.

A new client, from the North-west of Spain, reached out for an enquiry to tackle his porcine waste problem. The client wanted to find an alternative solution to reduce the high cost of his waste collection. Our distributor over in Spain visited the client’s site to give him the support and information they needed to make the decision.

The client description of the problems they were coming up against was evaluated by our distributor who then showcased an Addfield TB incinerator. The specification of the TB incinerator (including a feature that allows the user to record temperatures and burn times throughout a cycle, required by the Spanish agriculture authorities) was a match to what they customer required from the machine to compete with collection services in Spain.
