Expansion to International Service

Here at Addfield, we understand that to be able to support over 145 countries just from our base in Staffordshire, England, would be next to impossible. Although we do regularly have teams of engineers out jet-setting across the globe to install, commission and service our machines, as well as our online training resources and remote support, it’s often handy for our customers to have someone a bit closer to home.

We already have many dedicated engineers located across all continents that we have trained and are often called upon for various projects. Now we are delighted to announce that we have recently welcomed three new engineers from Ireland to service and maintain our range of Agricultural Incinerators and Pet Cremators. Keith, Fergal and Derek from Boilerman, Ireland’s leading heating and boiler specialist, and they’re now a part of our international network of engineers providing our growing number of customers across Ireland with easier access to high-quality support for our machines.

The team spent a week at our factory, where they received intensive training in various aspects of our incineration technology, such as installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. They also learned about the environmental benefits and regulatory compliance of our machines, which are designed to reduce emissions and fuel consumption while ensuring biosecurity and animal welfare.

During their visit, we were impressed by their professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication to providing the best service possible to our customers. They demonstrated a high level of competence and confidence in handling our machines, and we are confident that they will be able to deliver a service as good as our own engineers.

We are very happy to welcome Boilerman to our network of engineers. They are a valuable addition to our global presence and a great support for all our customers across Ireland.
