It turns these remains into fine, smooth ash in just minutes.

The chain flail system is supported by an integrated screening process, ensuring that only the smooth ash gets through the screen, allowing any particles that haven’t gotten through to be re-processed so that it can fit through the screen, meaning that the final product will not include any large parts of bone.

A secure, continuous feeding system allows for efficient operation, while functioning under negative pressure with a standard vacuum connection, eliminating leaks and guaranteeing that no ash is lost during the process.

Dust control is fully managed by an integrated separation cyclone cleaning system, which safely captures particles and collects all remains into a large capacity drum, suitable for handling a full ash recovery of even the largest horses, preventing spillage and ensuring a clean, efficient environment.
