Responsible for senior sales decision making, and both day to day management of the Global Sales Teams for the AES Group. Nathan is experienced in developing and implementing an annual agenda for Sales/Productivity and PDP, with key sales staff thus retaining sales strategy in line with the set business plan.
Takes responsibility for own actions and visibly supports and respects the team leadership from admin to logistics, handles complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence, with the ability to migrate appropriate information to the right people inside the Addfield Team.
