James Grant is the Operations Director for Addfield. Successfully managing a dedicated sales team that supports our UK and International customers. Ranging from single farms to multi-international Blue chip organisations.

James is driven by perfection, ensuring his team are the experts in the field. Selling a machine is not the objective, selling a solution is.

A word from James

“With working in the incineration sector for many years I have found that many incinerator manufacturers are the same. It is my job to communicate clearly with our clients through the options available to them, the key message is one machine does not fit all. We have an obligation to offer solutions to problems.  With our ‘open door’ policy we welcome the UK and international visitors to our factory, to show why Addfield are leaders in our field”
